VCI papers (Rust Inhibitor Paper) are environmentally safe, fully recyclable and repulpable, biodegradable and non-toxic. VCI Papers are nitrite-free and heavy metal-free. These differences make VCI Papers an excellent environmental choice.

That is why we offer more than a dozen types of VCI Papers to meet your specific metal protection needs. Metals are composed of many different elements. Environment Safe

VCI-Paper paper eliminates the need for messy oils or toxic chemicals because it protects your metal parts in a manner that is safe on the environment.

No Oil Coatings
VCI-Paper eliminates the need for  waxed papers and laminates previously used in packaging. These features make VCI-Paper ideal for packaging ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts shipped without intentional oil coatings or with remnants of drawing fluids or cutting lubricants.

Parts in Ready to use Condition
VCI-Paper prevents corrosion by emitting VCIs (vapor corrosion inhibitors). VCIs are chemically attracted to all metals, where they form an effective corrosion barrier only a few molecules thick. Parts packaged with VCI-Paper arrive corrosion free and ready for use.

VCI-Paper paper is available in several standard-sized rolls, individual cut sheets and can be custom-made for special needs.
